Turnaround Time
Client must provide 48-hour advance notice for medical appointments. Pick up/drop off and return turnaround time
within one hour before pickup and notice of return trip from doctor appointment.Contract Options
Options to meet the needs of client. 1-year contract with 3-year options. Discounts will be applied to various contracts.
Fee Schedule
Dr. Appointment (van/wheelchair transportation) $175.00 one-way/$310.00 round trip/0-20 miles. Includes 3-hour max over 3 hours additional
$25.00 per ½ hour increment. Travel that exceeds 21 miles or more will be
charged an additional $5.00 per mile.Activity Bus
24 passengers $675.00 for 3 hours (within 20 miles) exceeding 21 miles or more@$5.00 per mile.
Event /Party Bus $275.00 per hour, minimum 4 hours. $150.00 mandatory Covid disinfectant.Non-Emergency Stretcher Transportation
$650.00 one way $1200.00 r/t within 0-20 miles.Includes 3 hours max over 3 hours additional $50 per ½ hours increment. Travel that exceeds 21 miles or more is charged at an additional $5.00
